Where do I send my device for maintenance or repair?

As the first step, please send your unit to the hadewe distributor you bought it from. We have hundreds of distributors all over the world, and many of them can provide repair and after sale service within the respective countries.

In any case of repairs, complaints, warranty claims or disposal, where the original distributor could not help you, please send the device to the following address:

What information do I have to attach to the device?

Data protection during repairs or maintenance

Hadewe uses your personal data in relation to devices (which you have purchased directly from us) basically only for ourselves. Our products are primarily distributed through wholesalers.

We do not accept any repair orders for the devices purchased from the end customer. Hadewe only repairs them on behalf of the wholesaler to whom we originally sold the device.

In order to ensure the fast processing of your repair order, we mediate the order between the end customer and the wholesaler. For this purpose, we provide customer contact information and device data to the wholesaler. The wholesaler will then be able to contact you quickly and send you an estimate of repair costs. The actual implementation of the repair takes place in our house.

Will I get a loan unit during the repair process?

We only provide loan units within Germany for customers who purchased the device directly from hadewe. Please check with your local distributor outside of Germany, and ask if they provide a similar service within your country.

What costs should I expect?

If the product is outside of its warranty period we will give you or the wholesaler a quote for the cost it takes to repair the unit. If any additional defects are detected during the actual repair, you will be informed and asked to approve the estimated additional cost.
